Taco stuffed avocados

1. In a medium saucepan, sauté ground turkey in olive oil with salt and pepper. 2. Mix the taco seasoning packet with 3/4 cup of water and add it to ground turkey; sauté until the taco sauce thickens and the turkey is cooked through. 3. Turn off the heat and mix in the tomatoes, red onion and jalapeño. 4. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit; carve out a larger hole (use the extra avocado for guac later!) and sprinkle with salt and pepper; stuff the turkey mixture into the avocado (it should be heaping out). 5. Top with cheese and sour cream and enjoy!
