Taco Bell bean and cheese tostada✨

️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F (convection if you have it) and drizzle 2 baking sheets with 2 Tbsp avocado oil each

️⃣ Coat tortillas in oil on both sides (we could fit 5 tortillas per baking sheet) and bake for 7 minutes, flip tortillas over and add 1 tsp Mexican cheese on each tortilla, and bake for 4-5 more minutes until golden brown and crispy (if you are not using convection you may have to cook a bit longer); let cool for a couple mins to crisp up

️⃣ In a sauce pan, heat refried beans with 2 Tbsp green salsa

️⃣ Spread on a layer of beans (~2 Tbsp) to each tostada and top each with 1 tsp green salsa, 1 tsp onion, 3 Tbsp iceberg lettuce, 2 tsp Mexican cheese, and 1 tsp diced tomato - enjoy!
