✨So light and refreshing - this is my go to summer drink! We made it with vodka but feel free to swap in whichever spirit you prefer (or make it a virgin)! Thank you to our family friend Meredith @dith_rose for teaching us the recipe 😘❤️
1️⃣ Cut the rinds off of the grapefruit slices and place them in a glass; press the grapefruit against the inside of the glass with a spoon to release some of the juices
2️⃣ Add the vodka (or whatever alcohol you prefer), ice, La Croix and mint leaves; mix together and garnish with a slice of grapefruit and mint leaf on top 🍃
