Sausage pizza crostini

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F and (somewhat) generously oil a sheet pan and set aside.

2️⃣ Remove the sausage from its casing and sauté until cooked through (and broken into crumbles); pour off excess oil and then add the scallions and garlic; sauté for 1-2 mins then pour into a mixing bowl.

3️⃣ Add the rest of the ingredients besides the baguette and mix together.

4️⃣ Spread the mixture onto the baguette slices and place on the oiled sheet pan (you can make these smaller than we showed in the video by slicing the baguette in small rounds vs. at an angle - I actually prefer them smaller!).

5️⃣ Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes (or until cheese is melted and crostini are crispy); option to broil for 2-3 mins if you'd like the top slightly browned - enjoy!
