Rumaki

1. Preheat oven to 475°.
2. Cut bacon in half down the center.
3. Drain pineapple chunks and water chestnuts, put in bowls.
4. Wrap a piece of bacon around one pineapple chunk and one water chestnut, stick a toothpick through to secure together - repeat until all ingredients are used.
5. Mix sweet and sour sauce with soy sauce, pour over rumaki and marinate at least 30 min.
6. Bake in oven at 475° for 15 minutes (or until bacon begins to crisp), flip rumaki over and cook for 5 more minutes if needed OR grill on a nonstick grill pan that has been sprayed with nonstick until charred; flip halfway through - enjoy!
