These festive Rice Crispy ornaments are a fun and easy no-bake treat perfect for holiday gatherings. Made with classic Rice Crispy treats decorated with white chocolate, sprinkles, and Rolos.
1. In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
2. Add rice crispies and stir until well coated.
3. Using a buttered spatula or wax paper, evenly press the mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray.
4. Cut into circles using a cookie cutter (or create your own by removing both sides of a can).
5. Melt white chocolate in 30-second increments, stirring in between. Place half of the melted chocolate in the corner of a ziplock bag and cut off the tip.
6. Add a curved line of white chocolate in the middle of each ornament. Add sprinkles and secure a Rolo on the top of each ornament with white chocolate.
7. Add a couple of drops of green food coloring to the rest of the white chocolate and draw squiggly lines above and below the white line on each ornament. Enjoy!
