1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix together the mashed banana, peanut butter, oat flour, and water.
3. Add the blueberries and mix.
4. Pour into mini cake pans (or make cupcakes in a cupcake pan; grease the pan if it isn’t silicone) and bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean (cupcakes may cook faster).
