1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 350F.
2️⃣ Mix together the mashed banana, blueberries, peanut butter, oat flour, and water.
3️⃣ Divide the batter between two greased 4-inch cake pans. Alternatively, divide it between 4 wells of a greased cupcake pan. Bake the mini cakes for 30 to 35 min, or the cupcakes for 20 to 25 min, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
4️⃣ Let the cakes cool completely. Meanwhile, blend the strawberries in a blender until smooth (or place them in a tall jar and blend with an immersion blender).
5️⃣ Place the whipped cream cheese in a medium bowl and add the strawberry puree. Whisk until evenly combined.
6️⃣ Frost the cooled cakes, stacking them to create one mini layer cake. Decorate with unsweetened coconut flakes, if desired, and sliced strawberries. Watch your lucky pup enjoy!
