Glazed maple cookies 🍁✨ chewy and doughy on the inside with a delicious outer crust!

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 
2. Mix together the brown sugar and butter until well combined; mix in the vanilla, egg and maple syrup. 
3. Add the flour, baking soda and salt; mix together and form 1” balls. 
4. Place balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for ~13 minutes or until the cookies are slightly golden brown on the bottom and edges. 
5. While the cookies cool, make the glaze by mixing together the powdered sugar, maple syrup and melted butter. 
6. Once the cookies are cool, drizzle on the glaze and finish with some powdered sugar on top - enjoy!
