I didn’t realize how easy it is to make your own pita chip! In California this weekend for a wedding so have gotten to do some cooking with my mom 😊 she’s the best. We also made a spring pea hummus to go with these pita chips which I will be posting this week ❤️

1 fl oz olive oil

1 tsp salt

1 tsp garlic powder

1 whole wheat pita bread

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Cut pita into triangles and place on a greased baking sheet.
3. Brush the pita with olive oil (or drizzle) and sprinkle with garlic powder and salt.
4. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes until crunchy and enjoy with your favorite dip!
