Coconut coffee inspired by Cong Ca Phe in Vietnam✨

1️⃣ To a high power blender, add the frozen coconut milk, ice, whole milk, and sweetened condensed milk. Blend for 1–2 mins, using a tamper to press the ingredients toward the blade, until it is well blended and turns into a smooth, thick slushy. (If your blender doesn’t have a tamper, stop to stir a few times or add a bit more whole milk as needed to help it blend.)

2️⃣ Pour 1/4 cup of chilled coffee into each of four glasses, then top with the coconut slushy. Serve with a spoon or a straw, and enjoy!
