🍚Chicken Cauliflower Fried Rice🍚

️⃣ Sauté the chicken in sesame oil and season with 1 tsp soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste; remove from the pan

️⃣ Scramble the eggs in sesame oil and remove from pan

️⃣ Sauté the scallions for ~2 min and then add the frozen riced cauliflower and frozen peas and carrots; season with 2 Tbs soy sauce, garlic powder, sesame seeds, salt and pepper

️⃣ Add the scrambled egg and chicken back in and sauté until frozen veggies are hot (~4 min) - don’t over cook because the riced cauli will become mushy

️⃣ Taste and don’t be afraid to add more soy sauce, garlic powder or salt if needed for more flavor - enjoy!
