Chicken Caesar Salad Tacos

1. Pound the chicken with a meat mallet or pan (optional) and sprinkle generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. Get a pan super hot over high heat and drizzle with oil, cook chicken for ~5 mins per side until browned and cooked through (internal temp 165°F); let rest while you toss the salad and then slice in strips.
3. Toss the romaine with dressing, some shaved parm, salt and pepper.
4. Heat tortillas for 10 seconds per side in a hot pan and top with salad, chicken slices and some extra parm on top - enjoy!
