Baked Italian subs 🤤 one of my all time favorite family recipes! Hot and toasty with crispy bread and melted cheese - they're just too good! We like to prepare one big sub on a large rustic loaf and then cut it into sections once it's out of the oven✨

What you need

turkey pepperoni

1 oz turkey pepperoni

pepper

italian seasoning

1 tbsp italian seasoning

olive oil

1 fl oz olive oil

iceberg lettuce

1 head iceberg lettuce

tomato

salt

1 tsp salt

ham

pepperoncini peppers

1 pepperoncini peppers

italian bread

1 italian bread

italian salad dressing

1 fl oz italian salad dressing

provolone

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Cut the Italian loaf in half and scoop out the center of the bread (optional).
3. Drizzle both sides of the bread with olive oil and Italian seasoning; cover one side with slices of provolone and the other side with slices of ham.
4. Add pepperoni on top of the ham and bake for 15 minutes.
5. Toss the tomato, pepperoncinis and iceberg lettuce in Italian dressing plus salt and pepper; add to the hot sub, cut in sections and enjoy!
